I am not always easy to please, however, I have received excellent customer service, my order arrived next day! It was well packed and correct - exactly as it should be. The price I paid was very competitive once their generous discount voucher code was applied at the checkout. I have no hesitation in recommending Tindalls and I will use them again. Thank you.

Ordered a diary, which on arrival was a different format to advertised. Prompt but concise response which did not address the questions I'd emailed (i.e. do they have the correct format, can they reimburse postage before I post it back?) - just advised to post back and they will reimburse. Not sure if it will cost me more to post back recorded-delivery (need proof) than what they will reimburse. Unneeded hassle.
