I'm glad i read about the rude staff, I thought its just me. I was copying my roughly written items list onto the screwfix paper slip when i was bellowed at from across the shop by the girl behind the till that I don't need to do that if it's written down (I was still shopping). The slope down to the carpark needs the huge potholes filling too before someone's vehicle gets damaged.
