Over the weekend my boiler was deemed unsafe, we got a call from the heating company who called monday and arranged to send a surveyor on Tuesday (today. I called them this morning to explain that we needed to cancel due to having the repair/replacement boiler work being started today by another company. j have an 8 month old and couldn't wait around. I wasn't expecting when I called the heating company to explain to be hung up and and be given a frosty response when explaining this !!! I'm sorry I couldn't wait to use your company bit if that's your customer service I'm glad I'm not spending my money with you.
