- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-04-26, by Kate MOrdered a diary, which on arrival was a different format to advertised. Prompt but concise response which did not address the questions I'd emailed (i.e. do they have the correct format, can they reimburse postage before I post it back?) - just advised to post back and they will reimburse. Not sure if it will cost me more to post back recorded-delivery (need proof) than what they will reimburse. Unneeded hassle.
